RETURN/TRADE POLICY

30 DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

• All jewelry items purchased may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Cash refunds will be in the form of a company check; all other refunds in form of original tender. Merchandise eligible for return - must be returned by the original purchaser in new condition and accompanied by original box, diamond certifications and warranty cards.
• Special or custom ordered items, altered or sized pieces, clearance items, gift cards and certificates are not returnable.
• All sales are final, 30 days after purchase date.
• Online order returns can be returned in-store or mailed to our store: AHJ 1525 Metairie Road, Metairie, LA 70005
• Refunds on merchandise in layaway will be given within 30 days of the deposit date. After 30 days, no refund is possible; however, a store credit can be issued for all money paid on current layaways (less cost of any alterations).

TRADE IN POLICY

• Original purchase price will be given on any undamaged, in-stock loose diamond purchased from Aucoin Hart, towards the purchase of a larger, more valuable loose diamond of same shape.
• For special order loose diamonds (non-stock inventory), current market value up to the purchase price will be allowed towards a larger, more valuable diamond of same shape.
• All other merchandise (except loose diamonds) traded towards a new purchase will be assessed at current market value as previously worn merchandise. All trade ins are held for 30 days.
